To better serve you as our valuable customer and in order to deliver the quickest and reliable services we have developed a new Return Material Arrangement (RMA) system therefore to provide the quickest possible response.
Please follow the below steps for opening a RMA case:
A. Create a New RMA Case
Your customer information will be generated automatically, unless wrong order number or Surname provided. You just need to fill in the required information under “Return information” session. The more and accurate information is given, the faster and easier the return process will be.
After you have clicked the "Submit" button, and uploaded the required photo(s), we will review your request and keep you updated via email.
